  • THIS TRANSLATES INTO COSTS AVERAGING $30,000.00 PER YEAR
  • MOST INSURANCE POLICIES WILL ONLY COVER 60 SESSIONS A YEAR BETWEEN PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH/LANGUAGE THERAPY, LEAVING FAMILIES WITH TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES

A Chance for Therapy invites you to join our generous corporate donors to help the families of children with neurological and genetic disorders overcome the hurdles of paying for therapy. Act4Me offers corporate sponsorship at different levels. The following description offers examples of how varying donation amounts will serve the children:

Titanium Sponsorship – A $10,000.00 donation enables us to provide: Funding for a triple grant, for one child , one year, 3 sessions / week of therapy.

Platinum Sponsorship – A $7,000.00 donation enables us to provide: Funding for a double grant, for one child , one year, for 2 sessions / week of therapy.

Gold Sponsorship – A $3,500.00 donation enables us to provide:
Funding for one single grant for one child, one year, 1 session / week of therapy.

Silver Sponsorship – A $1,000.00 donation enables us to provide:
A substantial contribution towards a therapy grant, or therapy supplies, as needed, for use in home therapy. Supplies may include equipment such as computers, swings, mats, etc….

Sponsoring an event: Sponsoring an act4 me event is a way to get exposure in the community while contributing to a worthy cause. Please contact us for event sponsorship: contact@act4me.org

Matching gifts: There are many companies that will match employees’ individual donations. If you are interested in making a personal donation, please check if your company offers a matching gift program.
